You’d be living with 2 other people and 1 small dog in an 8 bedroom home. 1 male age 82 (the homeowner) and 1 female age 51. Both young at heart and really nice people. The room comes with furniture if wanted as well as a TV and air conditioner. Your own fridge and cabinets, small kitchen. Bathroom shared with the other woman who lives here, she isn’t here all the time, she works a lot so you’d have a lot of space to yourself most days. Access to entire property, garden, laundry room, storage in basement. $900 everything included. Please reply with any questions and a little bit about yourself and we can set up a visit!
