📌 Full-Time Position
Xpand Staffing is hiring 3 Data Entry Specialists for a fast-paced records management facility. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong computer skills who can maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting productivity goals. While most of the work is performed seated, candidates must also be comfortable lifting and moving document boxes throughout the day.
Job Responsibilities:
Retrieve medical files from storage boxes and accurately enter required information into the client's database.
Review documents carefully and maintain a high level of data entry accuracy.
Meet productivity standards while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Carry document boxes from pallets to the workstation and return them once processing is complete.
Organize and handle confidential records with care.
Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Follow all company procedures regarding document handling and data security.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Work in a seated position approximately 95% of the shift while performing continuous data entry.
Lift, carry, and move document boxes weighing 30–50 lbs. every 5–7 minutes.
Carry boxes distances of up to 20 feet.
Lift and lower boxes between pallet and workstation with lift heights ranging from 13" to 45".
Perform repetitive motions while maintaining productivity throughout the workday.
Qualifications:
Previous data entry or office experience preferred.
Strong computer and keyboarding skills.
Ability to maintain a minimum of 10,000 keystrokes per hour with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a production-driven environment.
Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
