No Name Tig High Frequency Arc Stabilizer. It turns on and I can hear the high freq module running. I don't know if this is working properly, but they are pretty simple devices as far as cleaning and adjusting the points. This would be best used on AC or AC/DC buzz box to stabilize the AC arc for aluminum TIG welding. You would still need to scratch start the Arc but once the AC Arc is established it would be stabilized by the high frequency. Call Tom
