Looking for motivated, dependable individual with a background in the construction industry. Our business and marketing lead flow has grown tremendously and we are expanding our geographical presence. The qualified candidate will utilize a consultative design/sales approach to help guide warm prospects through the custom design process for their new sunroom or home addition. This is a commissioned position with no caps on income potential, paid training and no cold calling, with marketing-supplied lead flow. Benefits include 401K and health & dental insurance.
• Experience with residential home improvement projects (either direct sales experience or hands-on project completion experience required)
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive to and from customer sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform field measurements and understand and communicate engineering drawings
• Flexible schedule, but must be able to work nights and weekends as needed
• Work shifts at home shows and fairs to generate new leads
• Travel to Auburn, MA HQ for factory tours and weekly meetings
