I’m hiring a Driller’s Assistant. This is real work, not a trial run and not a place to coast. I’ll train you if you’re worth training. If you don’t improve every day, I won’t waste time — I’ll find the next guy. That’s how this work goes.
The driller knows his job. He doesn’t have time to drag someone along who won’t listen, learn, and hustle.
The job
Working on an active drilling rig
Heavy lifting, hauling, setup, breakdown — whatever the job needs
Taking direction the first time it’s given
Working outside in heat, cold, rain, and mud
Keeping the job safe and moving forward
What I expect
Show up on time, every day
Work hard without complaining
Learn fast and get better daily
Lift 50–100+ lbs without excuses
Put safety first — no shortcuts
Pass a drug test
Clean driving record required
Experience
No experience needed if you’ve got drive and common sense
OSHA, CDL, or construction/drilling experience is a bonus, not a requirement
