Seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join Irrigation company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various irrigation jobs including system installations and maintenance projects by performing physical tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in irrigation work. You will learn the necessary skills to install a system and troubleshoot repairs and maintenance of existing systems. Customer service and satisfaction is important.
Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites or work areas to ensure a organized and successful flow.
Perform general manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or tools
Prepare work sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary equipment or barriers
Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance as needed during project tasks
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures
Contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines efficiently
Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
Prior experience in irrigation or related fields is a plus but not required
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
