Skilled Laborer - Basic Sheet Metal Experience (Baldwinville, MA)

Pay: $22–$23/hour
Schedule: Day Shift
Employment Type: Temporary / Project-Based
Job Responsibilities
Handle and move 4–6" round ductwork on job sites
Assist with basic sheet metal installation and tasks as directed
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely
Perform general labor duties to support the sheet metal team
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all job site safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications
Previous basic sheet metal experience required
Ability to work in a physical role and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and assist with various tasks as needed
