Researchers at Clark University are conducting a study to understand people's use of file transfer tools. If you are eligible to participate in the study's interview, you can earn up to $22.50 as an Amazon e-Gift card. Participants must be at least 18 years old and meet other qualifying criteria.
You will be asked to answer several screening questions linked below (about 2 minutes). At the end of the screening survey, you will be told if you are eligible to participate in Survey #1. It will take about 5 minutes to complete this survey. Only some of the participants who take Survey #1 will be invited to participate in the subsequent interview (up to 1 hour).
Participants will not be compensated for completing the linked screening questions or Survey #1: you will only be compensated if you are selected to participate in the interview. If you are selected to participate in the interview, we will notify you by email. Participation in all parts of the study are optional, and participation can be ended at any time.
