Looking for 1990-2005 pre emmision brush/wood chipper in need of repairs. Preferably 9"-13" capacity. Condition not important. Basket cases, engine, electrical, hydraulic, auto feed or clutch issues. Prefer morbark, will consider other brands. Will be used on personal property but must have clear transferable paperwork to register. Lmk what you have and where located.
