I am looking for reasonable warehouse space. A loading dock would be nice but a drive in and out door can work, both would be awesome! I am a small machinery dealer so the floor needs to hold a fork truck and maybe a machines up to 5000 pounds. Looking for 2000 to 4000 ish square feet withing 30 minutes of Worcester. Fitchburg Leominster would be good to the North and down to Webster area, Please let me know what you have available, preferably with pictures and size and terms
