Job Description:

Researching topics online to create strong pieces of content that will then be keyword optimized for websites, landing pages, infographic outlines, video blog scripts, and short bio articles for web-based assets.

Our clients' industries range from the medical field to finance, technology, business and education just to name a few.

Essential Job Functions:

Research, create and deliver high-quality content to clients according to specified deadlines.
Attend project, client and team meetings.
Adept at reading and gathering news.
Working knowledge of SEO techniques and concepts behind professional branded writing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with ability to work in team environment.

Skills & Requirements:
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in English / English Literature, Creative Writing, Journalism, Communications, Digital Communications and or Marketing strongly preferred.
1-3 years of relevant content writing and or marketing industry experience.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Attention to detail.
Understanding of SEO keywords, and concepts behind branded writing.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
Creative mind regarding developing client's backstory.
Ability to work with other departments in the company such as social media marketing and sales marketing.

Bonus Points:
Active social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Quora, Pinterest )
Previous work experience with a startup or high impact company.
Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Wordpress, Canva and Photoshop
Writing Samples of recent work.
