The scale has a known issue that the feet fall off after a few years. These feet fell off. That means the floor contacts don't get pressed in by the rubber feet, to activate the scale. So I bought a new scale.
You should be able to get any sort of standard rubber feet for this, to put into those circular areas. That would then let the metal tabs press in, to let the scale know it's being stood on.
Being offered AS IS. This worked perfectly fine until the feet fell off.
