This Utilitech Halogen work lamp has a short plug, as shown in the photo. You generally want to use this with a heavy duty extension cord. Note it is halogen so it gets fairly hot, which is why it has the protective cage on it. It gets nicely bright.

This bulb is dead, so it needs a new bulb. It currently does not light up.
